About: Crescent City Massage is a cozy massage therapy studio nestled in a calm residential area of Uptown, New Orleans. The studio was created in 2015 to be a place where our massage therapists can share their knowledge of anatomy and self-care practices with the New Orleans community.  We value our clients and are committed to providing high quality, caring, and professional massage services.

All Inclusive Policy: Crescent City Massage is a safe-space for community members of all races, abilities, genders, sexual preferences, religions, and body types.  If there is any way that we can help to make your appointment more comfortable please let us know.   

Hours: Monday-Sunday 7:30am-7pm

Scheduling Policy: Please schedule your massage by clicking the "Schedule Online" button or leave a voicemail and we will return your call as soon as possible.

Cancellation Policy: 24 hour advance notice is required when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Changes to your appointment within 24 hours prior to your service will result in being charged 100% of the service cost.

Confirmation: As a courtesy, you will be sent an email confirmation as well as reminders via text.  

Late Policy: To ensure you receive the entire duration of your service, please be sure to arrive on time.  Clients arriving 20 minutes or later to a massage will be considered a no show and charged for the full service.

Refund Policy: Crescent City Massage does not offer refunds for any service or package.  Cancellations made prior to 24 hours of your service will be credited to your account.
