Covid-19 response, practices, & procedures

I am committed to giving each of my clients a high quality, caring, and professional massage and I strive to create a safe and comfortable experience my clients.  I have always upheld the highest level of cleanliness and will continue to do so while implementing some new protocols to my practice.

Scheduling Your Massage

  • Book your massage online for an easy and paper-free scheduling and payment experience.

  • Complete your intake form online before you arrive at your appointment. It was sent to your email address after you booked your massage.

When You Get to Your Appointment

  • When you arrive at your appointment you can stay in your car or wait on the bench outside of the office.  We are no longer using our waiting room during the COVID-19 pandemic.  

  • Your massage therapist will text you at the time that your appointment begins and ask you to meet them at the front door.

  • When you get to the front door your massage therapist check to see that you are wearing a mask and take your temperature with a touch-free thermometer.  You will be walked to the bathroom and asked to wash your hands.  You can then enter the massage room and your appointment will begin for the full amount of time. 

During Your Massage

  • Your massage therapist will ask you about your goals for your massage session, how deep of pressure you prefer, and may communicate with you throughout your massage to make sure you are comfortable.

  • Your massage therapist will step out of the room while you undress and will enter the room once you have gotten onto the massage table and underneath the blankets.  

  • A face mask is required to enter the building and to be worn by you and your massage therapist throughout your entire massage.  A mask will be provided to you if you do not have one. 

  • Our True HEPA air filters remove 99.97% of particles greater than 0.3 microns and filter the air in our massage room every 15 minutes.  

After Your Massage

  • After your massage you can blissfully float away since you have already paid.

  • Our massage therapists to sanitize the treatment room, bathroom, and to allow the air purifier to continue to run.  We are sanitizing with Rejuvenate Disinfectant which utilizes an Accelerated Hydrogen Peroxide technology. The solutions are biodegradable and nonirritating as well as being tested to be effective against COVID-19.

  • If you or someone in your home develop any symptoms or test positive with COVID-19 within 10 days following your massage, we ask that you inform us.
